Howard Sambol is the founder and director of Breakthrough Coaching. He is a Life and Business Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, Trainer and Program Designer.

His greatest strength has always been a unique ability to creatively merge existing tools and models into innovative programs that achieve unprecedented impact on the quality of people's lives. Serving as a catalyst for breakthroughs in all aspects of life has been his central desire and passion for over 30 years.

Howard's journey began in the 1970s when he engineered a significant career change from the field of Mathematics to the field of personal development. While going through this process, he was appalled at the limited tools and support available for people going through career transitions. This gave birth to the highly successful Career Crafting program which has now been in existence for over three decades throughout the US.

In recent years, Howard has focused on the critical area of accountability. His innovative program called The Promise Game is providing great impact and value for individuals, groups and organizations.

In addition to the Breakthrough Coaching courses and Public Speaking, Howard is also available for private coaching sessions by phone and in person at his Northern California office.
